Our story
It began with Beth
She ROCKS was founded in Wilmington in May 2014 by Beth Quinn, together with her friends Mary Barto and Tracy Brown, just months after Beth was diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer. What began as one luncheon among friends has grown into a community across Wilmington and the Triad that funds research and stands beside local women in treatment.
“I am in charge of today, and I choose hope.” - Beth Quinn
